Dry-laid Permeable Patio
Offers a more rustic look and greater design flexibility. These are constructed with irregular flagstone creating a unique layout. Design is held together with tightly compacted sand. A Permeable patio provides the ability for water to infiltrate directly into the subsurface removing the pooling of water from rain or snow melt.
Wet Laid Patio
The stones are laid on a concrete slab or other mortared surface, then mortared together for a permanent finish. This is used in high traffic areas to ensure patio wont cave under the pressure and will last for many years.
Dry Stone wall
Dry stone walls provide an important habitat for many plants and animals. It moves with the area and flows naturally with the landscape providing a unique area. Advantages for this is no concrete foundation or mortar filling, durable and flexible enough to adapt to its environment.
